Tim is a widely known and extremely well respected leader in the business community, providing high-level organizational training, development, and coaching services. Tim is also an authorized partner of Wiley and Sons for Everything DiSC personality assessments and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team.
Raised by missionaries in Puerto Rico, Tim observed the dissonance between Caribbean and Oklahoma cultures. As a child, he realized most conflicts are the result of misunderstanding and miscommunication.

We have two reservation options available at this retreat.
Option 1: Individual Cabin. This reservation is for 1 individual participant. You will have a private, executive cabin completely to yourself!
Option 2: Group Cabin. This reservation is for up to 4 participants from the same group. You can book the entire cabin and bring as many as 4 participants that will all stay in the same cabin. (Each group cabin has at least 4 beds in it). If you bring 4 participants this option will save you $2,000!
Please note: You have the option to pay the deposit only until Jan 1, 2026. Or you can choose to pay in full at the time of your reservation. (Both options are offered below) If you choose to pay the deposit only, the full balance is due by Jan 31, 2026. A link will be sent to you for payment of the remaining balance.
